Hosin sauce

Just wondering who else use Hosin sauce on their pork & chicken? I even like it on sammiches as a condiment.

My mom would sometimes use it.
But we liked Korean BBQ sauce better.

A less spicy, but similar variant to Hoisin sauce, is Plum Sauce. They’re nearly interchangeable for most recipes, depending on the amount of spicy ness you like.

Plum sauce is good on noodles, with some soy & fish sauce. Had some Korean noodles last night, by the time it gets deep in my guts I'll regreat it!
