Since the potato not willing to uphold our constitution and protect our border, we therefore have every right to do so ourselves!

Biden administration sues Texas over floating border barriers used to repel migrants

My lovely and talented wife hit record last evening while I was napping. This morning she punched it up
On the CBS evening news, a reporter, framed with a CAT excavator moving the big orange floating balls into place in the background said,
" This barrier poses a deadly risk to immigrants and their children. The government has declared it illegal, but Texas has refused to remove it. Suit has been filed against Texas to enforce the safety and rights of these immigrants." What the cork soaking, mother ducking, flying douche nozzle?

Wasn't this exact issue seen in courts under obama and Trump? Basically states started doing their own border control, feds sued concluding it was their job as outlined in the constitution, states agreed and said "well do it then", and the feds said they weren't obligated legally to do it so nothing got done?

Very confusing legally since the feds say "no thats our job! but we're not going to do it or let you do it for us!". It'd be like making your own neighborhood fire department to extinguish fires after the city's FD refused to put out fires, then getting sued by them because its legally their job, and continuing to say they're not even going to try.

Well done Governor Abbott and America-loving Texans

it is not lost on patriots in other parts of the U.S., that Texas is on the front line.

thank you- every little bit counts when battling the American communists currently in charge in D.C.
