I need a good used refrigerator that is no larger than 29x29x63 inches in size for my cottage.
(My landlord refuses to repair or replace the current fridge, that has stopped working.)

Perhaps so but I've lived here so long (without a lease) & at such a low monthly rent that my landlord wants me GONE.
(I'm paying the same low rent that I was paying in 2011, which is about HALF of what the "newer residents" are paying.)

Fwiw, I'd sooner buy a cheap/working refrigerator than either move or go to court over this issue.
