I have descended to a pellet grill. I need to get rid of my stick smoker according to my wife. It's nothing fancy - an Outdoor Gourmet - from Academy. It is not burn't out. I've modified it a bit - put a plate between the firebox and cooking chamber to make a more consistent temperature. I think it's cooked 7-8 pork butts for TGT meets, and 2-3 Briskets. It has History!!! I can leave it as-is with all of the happy drippings, or power wash it so you can start anew. Comes with a shit-pile of BBQ wood. Post Oak, Pecan, Mesquite from nowhere else than Vaquero's!!!! Will deliver within a reasonable distance. You pay me what yout think is fair. Money, ammo, mags, lawn service, breeding dogs ...
