The motorcycle being hit by the car was a bank robber in France (IIRC). They gave him a fat bag of money and he released his last hostage, got on his motorcycle and thought he was just going to ride away. Bwahahahahahahaha! Cops just pulled a car out in front of him and probably laughed their asses off.
