If the 30-30 version is a big success, it’s almost certain Henry will produce other calibers with the side loading gate.

And they will steal a lot of sales from Marlin. I think a lot of people choose Marlin just because of the loading gate.

That’s exactly why I own 3 and I’m currently looking at a 4th.

4 rounds in the 45-70? Must be a guide gun. My Marlin 1895 Cowboy holds 9+1. The 1894 in 44 Mag holds 10+1.

I've been wondering about Henry. With the new commercials and all, they seem like try-hards, (but that impression is not based on any experience of their products don't take it too far).
