Unfortunately , even before being bought by CZ, colt no longer manufactures their own BCGs, barrels, etc like they did in their prime. The level of quality isn’t the same and they’re just selling these off of the nostalgia factor.

Colt has almost always used subcontractors.

The BCG's on my 2 colts are colt made, the barrel on my 6920 was made by Roscoe, and the barrel on the socom is colt.

And i see no lack of quality.

They shoot ok too
