    Welcome and Howdy.
I was able to spend some time in the great state of Wyoming. Around Riverton area. Was blessed to see Wind River area. Traveled from Du bois to 10 sleep. -4 degree mornings with almost no humidity were almost bearable. Saw my first real cattle drive on my way back from Albany. Saw deer so big it makes Texas deer look like small dogs. The smallest property I saw with a for sale sign was 6500 acres. I would like to return as a tourist. An amazing place.
    Again, welcome.

I recommend those mountain ranges as great places to experience the real Wyoming, away from the heavily touristed areas. I can recommend lodges or campgrounds in those areas, depending on how you prefer to travel.
That would be great! They wife and I will definitely plan a trip back in a year or two. We like staying in cabins. The more secluded the better; just as long as it can be reached by a 4x4.
