Hey, Bud. Very belated welcome! I had a piece of ground outside off Kalkaska I used to hunt. Shot a spike that was bigger bodied than most any deer I’ve seen in TX. He needed to be pulled out of the gene pool…and was mighty tasty.
No kidding on MI deer. The deer in the UP are even more massive than the LP deer.
