HEB can post whatever they want; I have a problem with government writing laws that allow businesses open to the public to legally discriminate against the exercise of a constitutional right.

Gimme a law that lets HEB prohibit entry for someone wearing a t-shirt displaying a religious emblem.

Or a towel tied around their head.

no 30.06 here so doesn’t really bother me. LTC holder and I rarely open carry anyway unless on the bike, so I’m not bothered by it. I’d rather do the HEB thing since they are local plus they took care of us during Harvey. Do I agree? No not really. But, the last thing I want to see is these perpetually offended libs some how ramming through anti 2A laws. Given the politics we are seeing now, I fully expect us to be fully forced to comply with Euro type socialist laws before too long. I only hope to postpone the inevitable until I’m either dead or too old to matter.

Just noticed that at our HEB in Cedar Park on Bell/1421 yesterday - had to stop and look hard because the glass door was propped open making the new 30.05 overlap with some other signs on the window behind it. But, yea - it was there clear as day. By comparison, the CP Randall's is unposted at all). Just did my first LTC class last weekend since the Sept 1st and had to cover the new signs - and let the students know which ones would not apply to them once they got their license. Was good to see that the TABC "Illegal guns are illegal" blue sign has been eliminated from the law (although I've seen it still on quite a few store doors). I'm going to start doing a permit less carry mini-class to help people that do want to carry without LTC do so without running afoul of the law. I'm glad to see folks able to carry freely but do hope they invest a bit of time (by themselves or with a qualified instructor) to understand the laws of carry and use of force so that they don't get themselves into trouble.

Randall's is kind of out of the way, but I didn't notice any signs. Around here HEB is the most convenient, especially since I would not go into a Walmart for any reason, no matter what.
Agree, our Randall's in Cedar Park and the one in Crystal Falls (North of Austin) have no posting signs of any type. So of looking to support companies that support freedom - there are options!
