    HB 349 seems to be aimed at bump stocks and binary triggers, but as with many bills written by people with no understanding of firearms, the language is way too vague and could be construed to outlaw upgraded triggers and even lubricating your rifle.

    Does the competition trigger in your AR have a slightly shorter lock time than a standard trigger? That can increase your rate of fire.

    Are you using the best lube you can find on your bolt? If it moves more quickly and easily, that can increase your rate of fire.

    I am not a big fan of bump stocks but there is so much wrong with this law. A bill turning citizens into criminals overnight because of a chunk of plastic, with no grandfathering or compensation for their property cannot be allowed to become law.

    I saw a TV show where a show host bet him that a full auto rifle could beat him and he accepted the challenge.

    He lost by a few miliseconds after a long burst of fire. (sons of guns??)

    I think the Colorado show guy challenged him too.
