Hard chrome finish?

Is there a shop in town that does hard chrome finish? I just bought a surplus Jericho 9 mm that appears to be either hard chrome or nickel plated. It has a lot of holster wear ... I figure plating it again is the best way to go. The existing finish will need to be stripped.

I understand if you want to do this for looks, but usually these things don’t help the value of the gun

Thanks. I wound up returnig the Jericho ... it came with a missing front sight and a whole lot more slide-frame slop than I was comfortable with.
