I need an insured Handyman type for a small job. I need the 2x6 trim on my chimney replaced. Then the chimney painted.

I'm disabled and cant feel my feet so going up n down ladders is difficult but I can do it for a bit. I'm limited in how long I can work and trip alot on my feet so having a problem up on the roof would be less than ideal, to say the least.

I crawled up this morning to just scrape and caulk it prior to painting and discovered all the trim needs replaced. I was pushing it thinking I could even get up n down enough to paint it. So I need to hire it done.

I also have some brick molding and door casing needing replaced I might have done as well if the price is right, as I'm going to do that later this week.

I have the paint so supplies needed would just be the materials and the chimney is only about 4 feet above the roof line.

Hardi makes trim boards as well.
Believe he was referring to using it

Correct... I'm too far away but I've done numerous chimney's of that style. I can't tell by the photo but the trim should be installed first then the lap siding leaving an 1/8" gap on each side. That looks like how it's been done.

Its not a difficult job, I just have to admit defeat on this one. Physical limitations suck.
