    Howdy folks,

For anyone with knowledge of the Gunsmoke range in Snook, I'm trying to find out if I've got this right...

    1. 25, 100, and 200 yard range, no 50 yards?
    2. Seated/benched shooting only, no standing / off-hand?
    3. No rimfire on the 100 yard lanes, only 25 yards?
    4. $11 per hour?

Any confirmation or clarification would be appreciated.

I believe that's all correct, but I haven't been out there in about a year.

There's another range in Kurten that is pretty good about letting you shoot standing/off-hand and they'll let you shoot pretty much anything at 100 yards. They did have a few issues with fliers going over the berm, so some of their 100 yard rules have tightened up. The range is called Marksman Academy.

Gunsmoke also has a pistol range. Standing off-hand shooting up to about 25 yards. Of course everyone on the pistol range has to agree on where the firing line is. Sometimes it is about 7 yards, sometimes it is closer to 15.
