Good Morning from Tomball/Magnolia

Hello fellow gun enthusiasts. Recently found this site while searching for a new AR-15 and as a veteran of various forums for the last 20 years (musical instruments, cars, etc.) I'd thought I'd join and get involved.

I've been around shooting my entire life as far as I can remember, but only picked it up as a hobby in the last 7-8 or so years. Am self-employed, with my office in Tomball, so range time is always at a premium but I enjoy when I go.

Safe currently holds:
SCAR 17S with Vortex sights
Colt AR-15 of some vintage
Springfield XDM 4.4 9mm
Springfield XDS 3.3 9mm
SIG Sauer P228 x2 (black and nickel-favorite gun ever, so have to have two!)

Currently looking for something nice in the .223/5.56 variant plus optics so will be in the Rifles forum here a lot coming up. Want to chat about anything, shoot me a PM, it's about to slow down at work until January so looking forward to learning and attending some GTGs.
