Good gunsmith to build rifle-North side?

Greetings all. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation for a good gunsmith to build out a custom bolt action rifle. I’m a lefty and can’t find what I really want so I’m building it.

Looking to build using a 700 LH action, Shilen barrel, Boyd’s laminate stock and get it pillar/glass bedded. I live between Tomball and Magnolia. Willing to drive for the right smith but hoping to stay on this side of town.

Any recommendations?

There's a "Master Gunsmith" in Pinehurst. I know nothing about him other than driving by, and I found a good review.

I know this rifle builder isn't local, but I have his Competitor Tactical, and if you research how tight his tolerances are, you can't beat it. He builds all rifles by himself one at a time.
