And two weeks ago, Gun Owners of America -- and its Foundation (GOF) -- submitted a second brief challenging the 1986 machine gun ban. This one is before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Good for them! NFA is a biggest load of bullshit the Federal government ever passed (OK, maybe not the biggest, but one of the biggest!). About the only thing that needs to be regulated are destructive devices, and even then I am not sure about that; but as for "machine guns," SBRs/SBSs and suppressors, there is not one single justification why people shouldn't be able to purchase and/or own any of those without the government's involvement! It was ruled unconstitutional in 1938, and remains unconstitutional today...
