There is no mention of making a donation until after the letter is sent. And you do not have to make a donation.

I don't know of anyone specific that you can contact. However you can send them an email by going to the GOA website, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Contact'.

It could be your browser causing that problem. Not only should you be able to read the letter you should also be able to edit it also.

I use the Firefox browser and I haven't had any problems with any of the websites that I have visited. You may want to give Firefox a try.

I added one line stating that the NDAA should be about defense and nothing else. No slipping in pork and other crap because they know it has to pass

Yes, the letter is urging the Senators to pass HJ 44.
