I'm a right handed shooter and recently had the middle finger of my right hand mostly amputated which makes it difficult to get a good grip on the pistol. So, I've been looking at conversion kits such as this one - https://zahal.org/product/fab-defense-kpos-g2-conversion-kit-for-glock-17-19/ I do know that this will make an SBR but I'm conflicted about having to register this with the ATF because of a link my brother sent me about the Texas AG in a conflict with the ATF about SBR's though I may have misread what he sent me. If I do have to register with the ATF do I submit the ATF form first or can I buy the conversion kit then submit the form?
