Glock practice match at Dallas Pistol Club, Sat Oct 1st 2022

Dallas Pistol Club is hosting again the Lone Star Classic GSSF Match the last weekend in Oct.

On Sat Oct 1st DPC will conduct a practice match for those shooting in the official Glock match or want to shoot a Glock match with any make/model of pistol and for less cost.

The practice match will follow the Glock course of fire and is open to non-members of the club. Online registration will be made through PractiScore and open two weeks prior to the match date, or you can register that morning by 8:30AM at DPC.

Competitors and/or volunteers will be eligible to win Glock pistols, cash and other prizes in the official match. To volunteer click here.

By the Way: Non-members may shoot in any scheduled match at DPC or just come watch.

Dallas Pistol Club Announcement

Glock Practice Match The Dallas Pistol Club is holding their Glock Practice Match on Sat, Oct. 1,2022. Online registration is now open. Please register on PractiScore or check in at the club that morning. All registration will close at 9:00 AM sharp with hammer down at 9:30 AM. We will use Glock Match protocols for stage set up. You do not have to use a Glock pistol for this match. Bring any pistol that you want and be prepared for the fun. (Please follow DPC’s list of approved calibers, including .22lr). *Be advised that this Practice match is like the GSSF Match in that it is a lost brass match. Fees: $20.00 for each shooter using 1 gun, $5.00 for each additional gun. Stages (Courses of Fire): Five to Glock – 3 strings of fire – 2 runs. Glock M – 3 strings of fire – 2 runs. Glock the Plates – 4 strings of fire – 2 runs. *** We will have a Plate Rack Side Match after the main match*** The shooter pays $10.00 per string (no string limit). Any shooter can buy “back in” after all have shot for $20.00 a string. We will have a centerfire division winner and a .22lr division winner. We will have a $50.00 cash payout for first place in each division. This “Practice Match” will help everyone get ready for the Annual Lone Star Classic Glock Match to be held on OCT. 29 ~ 30, 2022 at Dallas Pistol Club. *Be advised that the Practice match, like the GSSF Match is a lost brass match. Here is a link to the scores for the practice Glock match held at the Dallas Pistol Club Sat Oct 1st. We had 56 entries as some shooters shot two pistols (1 pistol = 1 entry). The overall winner is a club member who also won the Glock 'Gunny Challenge Match' last year and a few bucks as posted elsewhere on this forum.
