Georgetown Gun Range Revisted

Has anyone heard any rumors of a gun range being built near Georgetown? Not the Georgetown Gun Range that was to have been built off of Shell Rd.. I could have sworn I heard/read of another attempt to bring a range to the Georgetown area. If I recall correctly it was to be somewhere near the Reunion Ranch off of FM3405. I have searched and researched but can't find a thing about it, nor remember where I had heard about it. If someone else has heard anything please share. Thanks!

Nope. Lonestar is where I do all my shooting. I was hoping someone was building a range a little closer to home. Maybe it was just wishful thinking on my part.

Id be interested if you hear anything more. My folks live in that area and would always be nice to add another range to the options
