That's not how you shim a rear diff. It does look like he spent the money and got grade 8 bolts and washers though.

see the washers stacked up between the diff and the ring gear? when you set up a ring and pinion you're setting it to thousandths of an inch to get the right contact pattern, using the wrong ring gear and just stacking washers is a disaster
