Yes, apparently the Canadian House Speaker brought in Canadian citizens who had immigrated from Ukraine, and didn't bother to look any further on Yaroslav Hunka than that he was Ukrainian and had fought against the Soviets - they didn't check to see whose army he fought against them in.
