I once looked at and wanted to buy a building with a giant, stainless steel, commercial version of this. There was no plumbing to the site, no water, no sewer, and no room for a septic field. Drinking water could be brought in but, ultimately, the inability to come up with a workable way to have a shower led me to abandon the whole idea. There are days when I wish I had taken a different path.
