Lawsuit dropped but I thought they were suing the other hospital? Not uncommon and something I saw a lot of in the 80's where I worked. Big companies were locating to a corridor in Texas and aggressively pursuing other local big company talent within the same departments. Everyone was threatening lawsuits so they stopped for awhile. But even the companies being raided were eventually doing the same thing and getting threats of lawsuits.
