Fun time this morning

Had to get a root canal. Just had it done this morning. Getting the crown put on Thursday. I miss the numbing stuff they used. It even hurts to open my mouth to eat. Fun times

They need to make an antidote for the numbing agent. I think the worst part is it being numb for the rest of the day. I hate that feeling.

After saying "I hate dentists" my dentist, a buddy, politely asked me to alter my verbiage.

My words instead reflect the fact that, in reality, "I hate dentistry".

Strange, I've never had pain from a root canal, or from waiting for a permanent crown or bridge. Waiting for the numbing stuff to wear off is the worst part of dentistry.

That's NOTHING... I had a crowned root canal, where I cracked my root with my "enormous mastication muscles" (per the consult) years later, after a root canal.

I had to get an Oral Surgeon to yank my roots, too... YEARS later. Gaping hole in my teeth/bite now.

I think I suffer from premature mastication... ... ...
Oral Surgeon didn't like that joke.
I thought it was funny as phrik!

I had been having headaches everyday for over six months. Went to the dentist and he said I needed a root canal. The instant he gave me procaine my headache went away. Never had a headache again. Dental issues can cause all kinds of headaches.
