    I too prefer 'soft boiled' eggs, but I used to have trouble peeling them until I started putting them in a bowl of water and then the shells come off much easier.

    Once you get the membrane to release you've got it made.

    Off with the shell like a stripper doing her thing, but quicker...

    They seem to release better after sitting in the fridge overnight, too.
