I have some .22 short that look very similar. I'm guessing they're from the 1960s?
I fired a box through a Beretta 950 Minx and they all fired and cycled the pistol perfectly fine. The lead has become very brittle, I can snap the bullets out of the casings with my fingers. They kind of just crumble apart.

You too will need to send that to me for disposal. Yep it’s racist as well. In fact , anything with the letter “k” in it has been determined to be racist. More racist than than St. Michael wearing a Hawaiian shirt.

    Soon to be Texan
Are those the old wax-lubed/sealed type, or dry, or oiled?

    How were they stored?

You could always send them to this dude... or post your own videos about it...

    That place east of Waco....
You should send that obviously racist ammo to me for disposal. Any time a “k” is used to replace a “c” it is hidden code for the kkk. More raysis than a geology rock hammer and math combined.

So, Hoji.....when did you discover that you enjoyed perpetuating systematic racism by becoming our resident Klan Kollector?.....

I saw someone mentioning that the (gallery-) rocket ammo had sintered metal projectiles. maybe that’s why yours crumble?
None of these lead bullets are even brittle.

Another thread from rimfire central says powdered iron mixed with plastic (intended to disintegrate / for use in shooting galleries)
