I plan on building an SBR, and I'm about ready to efile the form 1. I had a couple of questions though.

It asks for caliber (not cartridge). I plan on it mainly being a 300 BLK, but I also have a 7.62x39 pistol upper I'd like to slap on it from time to time. It gives me the option of 30, 300, and 7.62. Does it really matter which I pick? Technically, 7.62 would cover both since the 300 BLK is also known as 7.62x35mm.

What do I need to do if I decide that I want more uppers for it later? I'll probably build a 9mm upper for it at some point.

It also asks for the OAL of the rifle. Do I just put in an educated guess? I don't have a stock for it yet.

I would go with whatever the receiver is marked.
I have a RRA lower, with a 10.5" bbl, it is 25.75 OAL, with an adjustable stock, I believe you are to measure with the stock extended.
Caliber 5.56, as on the receiver.

Multi Cal has been prohibited since 2019. Here’s a reference on swapping SBR uppers.
