Interestingly, the reason it was denied is because the receiver I'm using is a multi cal marked receiver. I was under the impression that you had to pick a caliber under the line item so I did. I compared the serial number submitted to my first submission, to my receiver and its right. That being said, it'll likely get denied again and I'll try one more time.
