A customer just was asking me about what I thought about this trigger.........

He hadn't heard of the fuckery BATFE just pulled.........

Don't know if he had one............or not............................

Anyone buying one on line with a CC....should expect a visit.........
Hope he bought it in a FTF with cash.

Here is the complaint that Rare Breed has filed against the DOJ and the ATF. It’s a long read, but it will answer most of the questions about this.

The Tac Con 3MR trigger came out around 2013, with an approval letter from the ATF. That letter was submitted with his complaint.

3MR stands for, Third Mode Reset. It does the same thing, and they are still for sale.

I just watched a video on the same subject by one of the lawyers for FPC, for those who don't like to read...

I just read through the RBT's injunction request. Sounds like he did his due diligence in making sure the trigger was legal. He also as a good point on the possible compromise of attourney client privilidge if the DOJ/ATF conficates his computers (he runs a law office on the same premises).
