Obviously the one he sent isn't as ornate. Doesn't look nearly as finished. The stitching isn't as nice but the big issue to me is the one he sent isn't the right shape for this type of stool.
Again I agreed to the settlement mostly because there was no real recourse that was financially beneficial for me. Like I said it was a feel gone bad. First one ever in a long trading history online. Still sucks though.
