Finally together after many years

I have been sitting on this STG 58 parts kit since 2005. I jumped on it back then when I heard no more parts kits were being imported with barrels. I searched for years for a deal on a forged receiver. I finally got a deal on the correct style DSA receiver about 5 years back. Sometime last summer I decided to put it all together. I was having trouble getting it to go together, so I took it to Cody at Weapon Genetics. I should note the bolt and carrier looked new and I fired in this kit. He found the bolt was out of spec by about .0025. After a little machining he was able to get it together. I was thinking about having the whole thing Cerakoted, but he talked me into leaving it as a battlefield kind of look.
Alas behold my new joy.
