Incrementalism. It's part of building the foundation of what they want to accomplish.

Well.....ok, as long as they don't try to do it a little at a time.

That's always the strategy. Like a python. Tighter and tighter, but never loosening. Until finally, the life is squeezed out of the 2nd amendment.

BTW, I ordered a few more magazines for grandfathering, just in case it passes. :)

Yep. Ineffective laws allow them to continue to pass more laws until we become like Europe

The Democratic party hates cops, but somehow trusts retired cops with evil guns.

Ya'll are missing what is happening. They passed the most outlandish bill possible knowing full well it won't pass. After negotiating with the senate and throwing out the most egregious stuff they knew wouldn't pass it will be pared down thru negotiation to what they actually wanted to pass, this time. Were I in the Senate there would be no negotiating, just a simple up or down vote as written.

I wrote my rep this morning. NO to this bill in any form or "compromise".

It kind of makes ya wonder doesn't it. They hate cops and the military but carve out exemptions for them.
