    The FBI makes the announcement about crime being down after reducing data collection. I guess that is one way to "reduce crime"...

    I guess when you stop collecting data from criminally infested cities and locales, change definitions and massage things it all looks good.

    On the flip side. With crime down, we really have no need for more gun control laws.
