    Whether in a training event or need to clean/fix one's AR-15 mags here is simple hack to download/empty a mag. The method would save one's fingers and more important avoid damage to magazine lips.

    If one was going to do maintenance on a mag, they would have to remove the base plate and spring anyways, so why not do that and empty the mag all at once, that's what I would do.

    I found it after you mentioned it. Just mouse over the text in the first sentence "here is simple hack".
    DougC (almost?) always posts videos as an inline text link, aka hyperlink. As much as it would be more convenient for his readers to just embed the video, he's using links just the way Tim Berners-Lee originally envisioned the WWW working. I can't fault him for that.

    IOW, I don't see anything different here from the way he's always done it.

    Thanks for explaining to other forum members. I have learned recently how to embed video into the post which I will do more often. If its a written blog then the hypertext link will have to work.
