So I shot the FAST (Fundamentals Accuracy and Speed Test) this weekend.
7 yards: Draw, 2 in the 3x5" rectangle to slide lock, reload, 4 in the 8" circle.
I shot it 3 times and best I did was 8.23 sec (if you go by the rules +0.5 for no concealment so 8.73).
I really enjoyed it. Shooting on a timer is good to induce some stress as indicated by me completely botching my reload on the first attempt.
