Attention deplorables, I need a full-time experienced oral surgery assistant in San Antonio.
We work Monday, Wendneday, Thursday, and Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. Most Tuesdays we start early at 6:30am and assistants are leaving by 4pm. Once or twice a year we will work a Saturday. Currently we average about 1.5 hours of mandatory overtime per week.
Spanish-speaking and experience with All-on-4 dental implant surgeries are a definite plus.
We have a 401(k) plan. No health insurance at this time - I can't find any cheap enough that my staff wants to buy it.
Our entry level, zero experience pay is $13/hr. Experienced assistants, like I'm looking for, have all started at a minimum of $18/hour with clearly defined paths to promotion and raises.
