I believe that Islam is a cult, not a religion!

It is a cult of misogyny, male domination, pedophilia, and abusive power. Read a biography of Muhammed, he was a sick Mofo! Even thought the koran tells them not to worship him, Mohammed is the most popular name on the planet, and they will joyfully kill you if they think you disrespect or dishonor him.

Without any fear of consequence, men marry girls as young as 9, kill their own daughters if they claim the girl dishonored her family, or Islam, or Muhammed.....

I think many hold the same thoughts of Islam.

IMO, it's much closer to being a cult than a religion, but, I also see that as fine line to cross as well.

As a child, I attended Catholic school. The priests insisted that I didn’t need to read the Bible. I need only pay strict attention to my catechism book. Later on I read the Bible and found a huge lack of alignment, so, in confusion, I departed.
