    I'd go battery if:
I didn't have to change my style of driving
    If it didn't cost more
Had similar refueling options as petroleum fuels
If it's as reliable as petroleum engines
Maintenance cost similar to petroleum engines

EV’s check some of your boxes, but not all...

Style of driving - no change

Cost - still pricey without gov incentives but costs are dropping

Refueling options - this is a problem

As reliable as gas - done. They’re more reliable, far fewer parts to maintain or break

    Maintenance costs - already lower

    I tow a 7000# construction trailer.
    I tow a 3500#boat long distances.

EV most likely not in my future. If I suddenly ended up with more money than I knew what to do with - that Mustang sure looks like fun!!!

Yeah heavy towing at anything beyond local distances isn’t going to be good for an EV.

But towing within a very limited range would be great.

Have you ever towed either with a traditional Mustang?
Lol... I wasn't considering towing anything with an EV Mustang. But if I won the lottery I'd get one just cause it looked like a lot of fun... I'd still have my petroleum truck to tow with. I had a '95 Bronco and the construction trailer would almost lift the front tires off the ground with it hitched up. 835# tongue weight on the construction trailer.

Cool but no thanks on anything electric.

Electric motors are awesome! I'm all for electric cars, but battery and charging technology isn't to the point where I'm willing to personally invest yet. I get battery anxiety with my stupid phone, I can't imagine being in the middle of West Texas with a Tesla at this point. The rest of my hair would all fall out.
