So I have been waiting since 1:25 to chat with a ATF agent as to why I cannot sign in. I had tried my username and password, even confirmed them. Then next it say click her and that goes to chat. Hell it won’t be long and they all will be going home for the weekend.

I have always had luck calling the help line via phone. Picked up by human, and always solved my problems.

First, try a different browser; I cannot do much e-file stuff on Firefox but Edge works.

Also, your password expires every so often and must be changed.

Not sure of the time frames but I've had to change my password multiple times.
