I had a Fenix PD22UE that was my favorite EDC. Lost it. I don't think they make it anymore. Now I'm looking at the PD25.

Anyone have a similar size & brightness flashlight I should consider before I buy a PD25?

Because I don't meet strange men in parking lots like @Moonpie and don't have the kinda cash that brings, I don't want to spend hundreds of $$.

I used to carry one of these but it was annoyingly fat. It was harder for me to get into the pocket for other stuff. Super bright though and magnetic cap/charging was a plus.

    Out here by the lake!
I own a shit load of SureFire lights of various Lumens, size & price. Friend of mine I got a job at the renfest listen to me & the buddy We work for bitch about SureFire lights we lost there. 2 weeks later he handed out Steamline Protects. I don’t care for the strobe and 3 way switch, but like he said you won’t feel bad about loosing it!

I'm a fan of Streamlight and SureFire products personally. Used them professionally and in my daily carry for years.

    Amazon product ASIN B01G75P1SC
It isn't rated as high, lumen wise as the Fenix you posted, but its less expensive and similarly sized. Will run off either CR123 or AA batteries.

Should've added this to my earlier post, but whatever..

    THIS is my EDC light.

Its a tad bigger than the Fenix you posted, but much higher lumen (650) and uses rechargable lithium ion batteries, or CR123A's. Runtime is excellent, you can program it for high, low, strobe, etc. I just programmed mine for max brightness, period. I don't mess with the high/low stuff, or strobe.

The last few lights I've purchased have been Olights. I've been running a SR2 Baton & have been happy with it. The wife liked it so much i got her one.

In addition to a Mag light solitaire I carry one of these.

Especially when a 6 D cell mag light looks out of place.

Ive carried this bad boy for about 4 years.

I'm sure olight and streamlight are fine, I don't like being gouged for a fricking flashlight. This lumintop cost 20 dollars and does the job as good or better.

ThruNite has a package deal going now for a W1 edc light and a H01 headlamp for $30. I bought one a while back and have been carrying the W1 and like it. It's small and bright. You can carry H01 as well if preferable.

I have a Fenix PD35, it's been great. Would definitely buy it again if I lost it
