    let me add that sleep deprivation.. getting less than 5.5 hrs a night, has been shown be linked to obesity. Research shows that people who don't sleep enough will eat several hundred more calories a day and their RMR {amount of calories your body burns a rest in a day} is reduced in people who don't get enough sleep. Lots of factors also like higher blood glucose levels are linked to non sleeping enough.

    Fitness and dieting is not about how much you can do at once, it's how long you can do one thing sustainably. Develop good habits and change your baseline. Skipping breakfast was the first habit I kicked, I was hungry at first but now it's second nature and I don't get hungry any more. Then I added meal prep, cut sugar, etc. One step at a time so it's sustainable
