    I got the potato salad and cole slaw made. Spareribs and chicken rubbed and ready. Smoker is cleaned and loaded. All I have left is to make bloody mary mix and get up at 5:00 a.m. to get the fire started. What is everyone else doing.

    Haha, I did the same thing. Brisket, pork ribs, chicken, and sausage... Didn't waste room on any sides, however ;) I hate waking up that early to get the pit started, but it's worth it in the end.
