I’m probably going to be taking a road trip up to Greenville this Sunday. Where is the best BBQ on I-30 east of Dallas?

In my experience, the ratings get you in the ballpark. The truth is, a bad brisket (too lean, too fatty, too much whatever you don't like) can ruin your view of a top ranked location. I try to find a place that is consistently good and stick with it.

Yep i figured id just say outside greenville if hes not from the area

Thats about the only range I go to now. I appreciate the known distance range for zeroing rifles before the season kicks off.
