I don't see them doing this there are so many companies that do encryption of some type even Microsoft, Apple even the social media companies like facebook, twitter and several others, security software like Norton, McAfee etc. all use encryption not to mention the goobermint. What a huge project hell you can't even get the phone company to give you all the e-mails that a terrorist sent good luck on getting it to work. but as Pelooosi would say it's for the children.
