    Well, the new wife is home from South Padre, so I made a nice dinner...Bell Peppers stuffed with ground elk and rice/tomatoes/green chillies, with Cream Cheese corn & black beans and guacamole over fresh from the garden tomatoes topped with cheese.

    GOOOOOOOOD stuff!

    Corn or Corn & Black Beans with Cream Cheese
    (can of black beans, can of corn (drain both), 1.5 blocks cream cheese, stick of butter, small can green chillies, mix it all together and microwave till hot)

    Pulled Pork Sandwiches, slaw, potatoe salad, baked beans and home made espresso brownies wth ice cream and home made hot fudge...

    BUT, for the APPITIZER, we had fresh japaleno's stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped with pepper bacon, seasoned with Tony Chachere Creole seasoning and put under the broiler till done!
