I dont understand this at all . I do know razor wire hurts real bad. It got me on several occasions on each tour at Bagram AB. It was blackout conditions and it just seemed to pop out of know where. I would always hear random screams and be like yup got him.

I got 7 stitches on the back of my knee from concertina wire doing black ops training. I didnt realize how bad it got me until we got into formation in a well lit area and the leg of my uniform was blood soaked. That is some nasty stuff to get tangled in.
