Creekwood shooting sports

Anyone been to Creekwood down near Conroe? I'll be in that area in a week and its the only place I can find that is local to the hotel I'm staying at. Seems like a mostly shotgun place with a pistol range as an after thought. Any info would be appreciated. I will be in Montgomery Texas .

The sporting clays are simply awesome, your right about the pistol range though. They have a small tactical section for pistols which is nice. But your not to far from Conroe gun emporium, they have a nice pistol/rifle range. The old guy running the range is pretty strict but its a nice place to shoot.

Creekwood is at 12824 Hwy 105 West. Shooter's Station is at 13748 Highway 105 West. They are about 90 seconds drive from each other.

If you want shotgun shooting, I've been to Creekwood and it's quite nice. If you want pistols or rifles, Shooter's Station has better facilities.

And there are other facilities in the area that might be closer, depending on your exact location.
