I have a colt 1911 in .22lr. Im getting poor groups shooting the pistol. With the slide off the barrel has a lot of movement. I email the manufacturer and they said it's normal and that wouldn't cause the poor grouping. Does anyone else have one of these ? What is you're experience or thiughts? Thanks

    Gunz are icky.
How is the barrel attached to the frame?
I don’t have the Colt/Umarex 1911-22. I have the GSG 1911-22. The barrel is held by a screw to the frame on mine. The screw works loose with firing and accuracy suffers.

I will have to check that. On a side note, I have some gsg 1911 mags that I dont need anymore. You are welcome to have them next time you are in the SATX area.
